Lillis Eva Jane King

Lillis Eva Jane King, age 89 of Hardy, Arkansas, died Friday, February 08, 2013 at Lawrence County Memorial in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, after a long illness. She was born January 7, 1924 at Leachville, Arkansas to Lonnie “Curly” and Ruby (Lyttaker)Grooms. She was a beautician and a nurse’s aid at the Randolph Home in Pocahontas, Arkansas for many years. She was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church of Williford, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Jesse King. Survivors include three daughters, Barbara Harguess and husband Lester of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, Judy Hunt and husband David of Westville, Indiana, and Patsy Warnke and husband Larry of Hardy, Arkansas; one brother, Willard Grooms of Shawnee, Kansas; a special niece, Janice Phillips and husband Roy; six Grandchildren; nine Great Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
