Donald Reed

Donald E. "Pastor Don" Reed, 70, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015, at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born September 7, 1944, in Chicago Heights, Illinois, to Walter J. and Lois Rhine Reed. He worked in many varied jobs throughout life and was a pastor of non-denominational faith. He was preceded in death by his parents and one step-sister. Survivors include his brothers Dennis W. (Rita) Reed of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Delbert K. (Barbara) Reed of Ankeny, Iowa, along with many other relatives and friends. Funeral service will begin at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, January 8, 2015, in Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel with Tom Garner officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery in Highland at a later date.
