David Smith

David Smith, 54, of Ozark Acres, was born January 10, 1961, in Memphis, Tennessee. He passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at White River Medical Complex ER in Cherokee Village, Arkansas. David was an entrepreneur and of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Smith; son, Cody Ross; and nephew, Michael Lentz. Survivors include his wife, Tracie Smith, of the home; his mother, Ruth Smith and Mack Hawkins of Williford, Arkansas; his sons, Brandon (Heather) Smith of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Chad Ross of Austin, Texas; his daughter Chealsie (Jeremy) Kuhaneck of Corpus Christi, Texas; his brother, Donnie Smith of Hardy, Arkansas; his sisters, Connie (James) Hooks of Ozark Acres and Barbara (Robert) Murphy of Austin, Texas; his grandchildren, Annabelle Smith, Aiden Kuhaneck, Adisynn and Audri; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 19, in the Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel at Highland, Arkansas, with Jonny Surber officiating.
