Luby Burke

Luby R. Burke, 82, of Evening Shade, was born May 12, 1933, in Datto, Arkansas. He passed away Friday, August 7, 2015, at EagleCrest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ash Flat. He had worked at General Motors for thirty years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Monroe and Jessie Mildred Richardson Burke; a brother and a sister. Survivors include his wife, Willadean of the home; sons, Darrell Burke of Texas and Michael Burke of Louisiana; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be Monday, August 10, at 11 a.m. in Calvary Cemetery near Evening Shade with Pastor John Deaton officiating . Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
