Wilma Yates

Wilma Jean Yates, 90, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, died Sunday, January 10, 2016, at Ash Flat Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born August 13, 1925, at Greenway, Arkansas. She was a housewife and member of the Church of Christ. Mrs. Yates was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Jettie Davis Watson, and two brothers. Survivors include her husband, Joe Yates of the home, and her son Charles (Sandy) Taylor of Platte City, Missouri, as well as other relatives and friends. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
