Daniel Kent

Daniel Clark Kent, 54, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, died Sunday, January 24, 2016, at Pecos, Texas. He was born April 23, 1961, at Batesville, Arkansas. Daniel was a shipping manager for many years and part owner of Kent Investment Corporation. He attended the Thayer, Missouri congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. He was preceded in death by a brother, William James Kent. Survivors include his parents, Willie Dee and Erna Schmidt Kent; his daughters, Aubrey Kent and Chloe Kent, both of Kansas City, Missouri, and Naomi Kent of Seattle, Washington; a brother, Steven (Jacqueline) Kent of Ash Flat, Arkansas; his sisters, Linda Kent of Oro Valley, Arizona, and Lisa Kent of Tuscon, Arizona; two grandchildren; a niece and a nephew; and many other relatives and friends. Graveside services will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 4, 2016, in the Evening Shade Cemetery. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
