Bob Orr

Robert "Bob" Taylor Orr, 89, of Ash Flat, Arkansas, died Wednesday, March 16, 2016, at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas. He was born April 4, 1926, at Ash Flat to Gus and Ellen Orr. Bob graduated from Ash Flat High School and later worked during World War II with the Army transport service. He became a butcher and a real estate salesman. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Ann L. Gibson. Survivors include his sons, Ricky (Alice) Orr of California, Randy (Tammy) Orr of Georgia, and Steve (K. Rashell) Orr of Oregon; his brothers, Edward (Carol) Orr of Oregon and Dan (Nancy) Orr of Ash Flat; several grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, March 21, in the Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel at Highland with Johnny Carter officiating.
