Billie Jo Horn

Billie Jo Horn, 43, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, died March 24, 2016, in Cave City, Arkansas. She was born May 22, 1972, in South Bend, Indiana, to Roger Edward and Margaret Wade (Caroll) Horn. She was a manager at Horn's Ranch and a member of the Franklin Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother and two infant brothers. Survivors include two daughters, Devon Stantz and husband De'Rron of Hartford, Michigan, and Tena Schultz and husband Andrew of Niles, Michigan; three grandchildren, Eli, Armiah, and Andrew Jr.; three sisters, Teresa Boone of South Bend, Indiana, Staci Burlingham of Niles, Michigan, and Tina Reagan of Maple Hill, North Carolina; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at the Franklin Baptist Church with Jeff Mcanally officiating. Memorial services in Michigan will be held at a later date. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Arkansas.
