Henry Brooks

Henry Anderson Brooks, 62, of Evening Shade, Arkansas, passed away July 3, 2017, at his home. He was born February 6, 1955, in Manila, Arkansas. Henry was a master mechanic and welder who loved his dogs. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he reached the rank of sergeant. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ethel (Southern) and Troy Anderson Brooks and a son, John Anderson Brooks. Survivors include his children: Melinda Wilson, Betty Jean Brooks, Roxanne, Robbie, David Wayne, Joe, and Logan Dowdy; brothers, Troy and James; sisters: Gracie, Shirley, Bea, Wilma, and Dolly; numerous grandchildren; a special friend, Patricia Brooks; and many other relatives and good friends. Memorial services will be announced later. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Arkansas.
