Danny Fowler, 63, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, passed away Monday, November 27, 2017, in Batesville, Arkansas. He was born November 5, 1954, in Edgerton, Wisconsin. Danny worked as an over-the-road truck driver. He was an artist/painter and a "piddler" who loved his family, especially his grandchildren, and thoroughly enjoyed the company of his dog, Cash. Danny was the ultimate fan of the Chicago Cubs; he reveled in the 2016 World Series championship. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Eleanor (Barfknecht) Fowler. Survivors include his wife, Vicki of the home; daughter, Katie Reece of Jonesboro; sons: Chad (Amanda) Rhodes of El Dorado, Arkansas, Cody (Jamie) Reece of Cherokee Village, Dan (Sara) Fischer and Raymond Fisher of Champaign, Illinois; sister, Gay Fowler Eady; brother, Terry Fowler; 13 grandchildren: David, Caitlin, Kaytlynn, MacKenzie, Bailee, Tatum, Bastion, Blakely, Justice, Addison, Alizabeth, Aiden, and Ashlynn; as well as many other relatives and good friends. Visitation of family and friends will be Wednesday, November 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Tri-County Funeral Home in Highland.
