Anthony was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Church Richards, and his "special Dad".
Survivors include his wife, Jaclyn Holloway Richards; their son, Hiram; his daughter, Kaylie (Kelvilon) Armstrong; three grandchildren: Montana, Malachi, and Myles Armstrong; his sisters, Lori Richards and Susan (Curtis) Greer; and his "special Mom" as well as "Granny" Dean (Wallace) Church.
A celebration of Anthony's life will be planned for later this year.
