Belva Mary "Gram" Tallman was born in Anthony Township, Pennsylvania; she passed away at her home in rural Mammoth Spring, Arkansas at the age of 94 years. She was a homemaker who enjoyed the outdoors, especially cleaning her property. She loved riding in her golf cart.
Belva was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Lydia Temple Kile; her husband, Alvin "Pap" Tallman; a daughter, Diane Garber; three sisters: Barbara, Pauline, and Beverly; and four brothers: Romaine, George, Junior, and Bobby.
Survivors include three grandchildren: Crystal (Darrel) Bliss, Kevin (Brenda) Garber, and Teresa (Bill) Carr; son-in-law, Robert Garber; twelve great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephew, and many other relatives and friends.
Services will be Saturday, August 15, 2026 in the chapel of Tri-County Funeral Home, 1540 Hwy. 62/412, Highland, AR 72542 beginning with visitation at 10:00 a.m. The funeral will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Jerry Sanders officiating. The burial will be in Baker Community Cemetery northwest of Williford, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Dillon Garber, Darrel Bliss, Matthew Carr, Robert Garber, Bill Carr, and Kevin Garber. Honorary Pallbearer is Ryan Carr.
