Monty “Bill” Faver, a beloved husband, father, Papa, son, brother, uncle, veteran, and friend passed away on October 18, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Bill married the love of his life, Jamie, on November 16, 1986. Together they built a life and family rooted in love, loyalty, and devotion. His love for Jamie was unwavering, and his pride in his wife and children was evident to everyone who knew him. His family was his greatest treasure, and there was never any question of how much they meant to him.

Bill was a devoted father to his six children: Joshua (Leona) Faver, Billy (Katie) Faver, Dillon (Natalee) Faver, Daison Faver, Rebecca Faver, and Kyran Faver. He was a proud and loving Papa to Isaiah, Rafi, Raelynn, Remington, Jailyn, Cayden, Joseph, Nahara, Xandyr, and Ashyr, each of whom held a special place in his heart.

He was a loving brother to Shannon and Rick and an adored uncle to Ray, Zebidiah (April), Jhett (Dawnisa), Lou (Chris), and Ozray. His love for the next generation continued as he proudly embraced his role as great-uncle, affectionately known as “New Pappy” to Landon, Aiden, Dawson, Auron, Valon, Charlie, Marcus, and Atticus.

Bill was also a beloved son of Kay Faver and brother to Brenda and Betty. Family meant everything to Bill, and the bonds he shared with his loved ones were an important part of who he was.

Bill was a big man with an even bigger heart. His presence was unforgettable, his love was genuine, and his loyalty ran deep. He was the kind of man who left an impression wherever he went, and he was loved far and wide by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His kindness, strength, and devotion to those he loved made him a truly special person.

A true patriot and veteran, Bill carried a deep pride in his country and in the life he built with his family. He embodied strength and a fierce love for those closest to him, but beneath that strength was a heart big enough to make others feel loved and welcomed.

Bill was preceded in death by his beloved father-in-law, Billy Dougherty; his great-nephew, Jasper; his mother-in-law, Alice Karr; and his father, Monty Faver.

Though his passing leaves an immeasurable void, the love Bill gave so freely will never be forgotten. His legacy lives on through his beloved wife, children, grandchildren, extended family, and the countless people whose lives he touched. He was deeply loved, fiercely proud of his family, and impossible to replace. The memories he created, the love he shared, and the mark he left on this world will remain forever.

Rest easy, Bill. You were loved by many, cherished by your family, and will be missed more than words can ever express.
