Celebration of Life service for Bryan Russell, 65, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will begin at 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 14, in the chapel of Tri-County Funeral Home, 1540 Hwy. 62/412, Highland, Arkansas. Visitation of family and friends will be from noon to time of service.
