David M. Malone started working at Fruehauf Trailers as a welder at the age of 18 and developed his skills to become quite accomplished at his work. He married Carol on June 15, 2001 in California, and they moved to Highland, Arkansas in August of that same year. David was coming back "home" since he was born in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, just miles north of Highland.
This couple bought "their place" between Ash Flat and Evening Shade, Arkansas in 2005. David passed away in his home. Carol's family loved David as he loved them: the kids - Jennifer, Scotty, Brandon, Desiree, and Judah along with all the grandkids.
David loved riding his Harley and playing his guitars. He enjoyed working in the garden, and he was an exceptional chainsaw carver. David also loved to draw and create art on clothing.
Survivors include his wife; his kids and grandkids; and his mother, Billie Sue Kent Malone.
The family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to the place where David spent many volunteer hours: Cherokee Village Animal Control, P.O. Box 129, CV, AR 72525.
