Delmar Eugene "Gene" Groves, 69, passed away at his home in Hardy, Arkansas. He was a United States military veteran and worked on off-shore oil rigs. Memorial services will be at a later date. Please leave donations for funeral expenses at Tri-County Funeral Home in Highland, Arkansas.
