Elaine Hyde

Rosezetta Elaine (Holding) Hyde was born January 31, 1949 in Parsons, Kansas to Rosezetta and Clifford Holding. She spent her early years in Council Bluffs, Iowa until 1984 when she and her husband, Herbert Hyde, moved to Arkansas to retire. She was a fabulous cook and an avid homemaker. She enjoyed fishing and lazy river days. Elaine was a passionate soul who would help out anyone. She was always there when you needed her and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Survivors include her significant other, Paul Scott; daughters, Laura (Kenneth) Woods, of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas and Bridgett (Jeff) Marshall of Omaha, Nebraska; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, one brother, one sister, many nieces and nephews. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents and husband as well as one brother and one sister. Celebration of Life will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 21 at her home, 167 Woodale Way, Mammoth Spring, AR 72554. Arrangements are entrusted to Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Arkansas.
