Genevieve (Legate) Whitt

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Genevieve Whitt on April 6, 2025 at the age of 77 years.

Genevieve is survived by her sons, James D. Whitt (Julie) of South Carolina and John N. Whitt (Cheryl) of Wisconsin; seven grandchildren: Jimmy Whitt (Dana), Scott Whitt (Amy), Aaron Whitt (Shaniek), Ryan Whitt (Gabrielle); Nicholas Whitt, Alesia Whitt, and Tyler Whitt; thirteen great-grandchildren: Kodi, Makayla, Garret, Scottie, Savanna, Darique, Zander, Owen, Alexis, Caden, Andriana, Exoreal, and Ava. 

She is also survived by her five siblings: Fred, Patricia, Ronald, Bonnie, and Rodney Legate along with many nieces and nephews. 

The Whitt family is asking for thoughts and prayers for all of Genevieve's family in this time of grieving.
