James Rickey Moore, 70, of Hardy, Arkansas passed away September 21, 2025 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas. He was born January 3, 1955 in Memphis, Tennessee to Frank and Laverne Pankey Moore. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Don.
Rickey was a motorcycle enthusiast as well as a huge fan of Western movies (especially those featuring actor John Wayne). He was the owner of Smokin' Rick's Barbeque in Hardy and a member of Highland Hills Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Tracie; three sons: Shane, Jimmy (Jeni), and Brian (Leann); eight grandchildren: Brock, Hunter M, Summer, Hunter W, Colton, Calab, Bradley, and Ethan; three great-grandchildren: Bryce, Brentley, and Roselyn; along with many other relatives and great friends.
Memorial services will be at noon Saturday, September 27, at Highland Hills Baptist Church in Highland, Arkansas.
