John Wayne Wallace, 72, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, passed away August 18, 2025. He was born October 17, 1952 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky to Lacy and Annie Wallace. John lived a full life of laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. Known for his quick wit, playful spirit, and the way he could make anyone smile, he had a gift for bringing joy to everyone he met. Whether sharing a joke, telling a story, or simply spending time with loved ones, John made every moment brighter.
He was a devoted father to his five children ~ Lori, Billy, Keri (Greg), Ashlynn (Patrick), and Raven ~ who will forever cherish his wisdom, humor, and endless love. John was also blessed with numerous grandchildren and one great-grandchild with each one holding a special place in his heart.
John is survived by his beloved siblings, many extended family members, and countless friends who were touched by his warmth and kindness. His presence left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him, and his legacy will live on through the stories, laughter, and love he shared so freely.
A celebration of John's life will be in the chapel of Tri-County Funeral Home at a date to be announced soon. Family and friends are invited to come together to remember his incredible spirit, share memories, and honor the man who brought so much light into the lives of others. Though he may no longer walk beside us, John's laughter, love, and larger-than-life personality will remain in our hearts forever.
