Justin Ryan Toney, 37, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas passed away June 9, 2025 as a result of a drowning accident in Spring River. He was born December 1, 1987 in Port Saint Lucie, Florida to Dennis and Debra Walrath Toney. His most recent occupation had been a landscaper with his own tree service business.
The family has requested that donations be made to Tri-County Funeral Home, 1540 Hwy. 62/412, Highland, AR 72542 to help with expenses.
