Olivia Goodman

Olivia B. Goodman, nee Hoffmann, 98, of Ash Flat, Arkansas, died January 12, 2020, in Waterloo, Illinois.  She was born April 22, 1921, in Harrisonville, Ill. She is survived by her children, Gladys Taylor and Olivia Ann Schneider; 10 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; daughters-in-law, Cherylene and Magdalena Goodman; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Olivia was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Goodman; sons, Edward and Jesse Goodman; sons-in-law, Willard Schneider and Oliver Taylor; parents, Charles and Amelia (nee Schmitt) Hoffmann; sisters and brothers: Edna Clamp, Charles Hoffmann, Louisa Hartmann, Vera Goodman, Verona Goodman, and Leroy Hoffmann. Services will include visitation of family and friends Thursday, January 16, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Tri-County Funeral Home in Highland, Arkansas, and from 9 a.m. Friday until service time.  Funeral will begin at 2 p.m., also in the Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in Baker Community Cemetery northeast of Hardy, Arkansas. As an expression of sympathy, the family prefers memorial contributions to Family Wishes.
