Reldon "Bud" Murphy

Reldon Eugene "Bud" Murphy, 80, of Ash Flat, Arkansas passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021 at his home. He was born February 4, 1941 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. He particularly enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a self-employed logger by trade. Bud was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Maxine Waldrupe Murphy; a brother, Donald Murphy; and a sister, Mary Patterson. Survivors include his wife, Judy Wade Murphy of the home; four sons: David, Dwayne, & Dean Murphy and Israel Hester; a daughter, Sharon McKelvey; five grandchildren: Megan Murphy, Tyler Murphy, Kyle McKelvey, Waylon Murphy, and Abbie Hester; many other relatives and good friends. Visitation of family and friends will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, November 17, in the chapel of Tri-County Funeral Home at Highland, AR.
