Robert Monroe Scott, 82, of rural Mammoth Spring, Arkansas passed away at his home. He was born in Dermott, Arkansas and was a U.S. military veteran having served in the Navy. He had worked as a counselor for the Veterans Administration.
Robert was of the Christian faith, a member of Elks Lodge #2539, and enjoyed playing computer games.
