Sam Kantner was born in Covington, Kentucky to Kenneth and Louise (Combs) Holder. She passed from this life at her home in Ash Flat, Arkansas at the age of 60 years.
Sam spent most of her working years in the trucking industry, logging up many miles over the road.
She is survived by her husband, Kevin, of the home.
No services are planned per her request.
Arrangements were entrusted to Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
