Terry James

Terry Dean James, 69, of Ravenden Springs, Arkansas was born August 11, 1952 in Walnut Ridge and passed away September 30, 2021 in Jonesboro. He was of the Baptist faith, collected old cars, was a member of the United States National Guard, and enjoyed deer hunting. His work was in road construction. Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Andrew and Virginia Lee (Gipson) James as well as two grandsons, Conner & Caleb. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Marie (Armitstead) James of the home; a son, Heath James of Ravenden Springs; a daughter, Andi Hickman (Jason) of Imboden; grandchildren: Jade, Caden, & Cruze; great-grandson, Declan; a great-granddaughter on the way; a sister, Barbara Mariott (Bobby) of Jonesboro; many other relatives and good friends. Private services will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to the Conner & Caleb Hickman Scholarship Fund in care of First National Bank of Lawrence County.
