Zoey Simmons

Zoey Bliss Simmons, 10, of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas passed away November 11, 2021 in Lawrence County, Arkansas. She was born October 10, 2011 in Jonesboro. Zoey loved the outdoors, Tik Tok, singing country and hip hop, drawing, camping with the family, doing chores with Mom, and her dog, Jimbo. Zoey is survived by her parents, Matt & Nickie Simmons, and a brother, Zane, all of Walnut Ridge; grandparents: Jean Simmons of Trumann, Teresa Lytle of Bay, and John Lytle of Black Rock; several aunts and uncles, and "tons" of cousins and other relatives along with many good friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, David Simmons. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 20, in Hopewell Cemetery near Poughkeepsie/Sitka. Pallbearers will include Jack and Brian Ivy, Michael Simmons, Brent Mitchell, Kevin Walker, and Todd Lytle. In lieu of flowers, an account for memorial donations will be established.
